Guidelines for Author

Paper means a full article that does not contain any information related to the main author, co-authors and stakeholders, such as name-surname, affiliation, contact information, acknowledgments and human research ethics.

Full Paper means a completed article that has been edited by the author and appears completed for publication in the proceedings.

Paper submission requires the submitter to remove the information relating to the main author, co-authors, and other stakeholders from all article for a double-blink peer review. And, when submitting the full article (Full Paper) for publication, the author is requested to submit the revised version according to the recommendations of the experts and to specify the information initially excluded as mentioned above.
